Pacific Legal Foundation stands up for ranchers

An excerpt from a PLF (Pacific Legal Foundation) on property rights. Here, Fish and Wildlife are taking millions of acres without considering the economic impacts of their decisions….illegally.
 
We are going to be writing about some of these issues and the Brandon Rinehart case in the coming days and will be asking for your help. Now is the time folks, we MUST engage this government or get run over.
 
The designation threatens the ranchers’ access to water sources, even in areas where the mouse is not found. In Otero County, the Forest Service has put up electric fences to prevent access to streams and creeks. The Fish & Wildlife Service has also stated that these ranchers may have to reduce the number of cattle grazed in the future because of the critical habitat designation.
