Our friends at Pacific Legal Foundation (PLF) have just announced that the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) will hear their case on the Waters of the United States.
PLF has an impeccable record with cases at our Supreme Court and we are excited they are presenting this one. Under of the Obama Administration, the EPA and other regulatory agencies have tried, desperately to take over every mudpuddle, creek, river and lake in the country. They are even trying to regulate the water which goes into your roof gutters.
