This is pretty astounding, California is spending nearly a half a million dollars to create fish habitat. Take a look at the photo here, it is exactly like a dredge tailing pile. Oh…..and dredging removes 98% of the mercury and 99% of the lead while generating tens of millions in revenue for the state.
