So, will this decision prevent using a high banker with a nozzle? Even if your up on the gravel bank, and not discharging into the river? Thinking of converting my dredge to a highbanker with the dredge nozzle. But afraid that as soon as I do that, it will also be banned. Then you have the whole issue of using the river water.. Etc.
