A word from AMRA about access to federal mining claims

Most of you may not know we possess (collectively) many decades of legal and litigation experience showing that miners are not just uninformed, uneducated folks with scratchy beards and missing teeth as our opposition seems to picture us.

We have many cases in our files concerning miners rights, but this link here probably is the best for all to read about whether or not the USFS or any other regulatory agency can deny access to a valid federal mining claim owner. There are many other cases which are important such as the Hicks case, Donnelly, Judson v Herrington, Curtis Nevada Mines and Granite Rock just to list a few.

We encourage you to read this, print it and save it.

Let us know if you have any questions where we can assist in interpreting this important ruling.
